In this role, the 15-year pâtissière will lead the culinary artistry of all house-crafted desserts, chocolates, pastries and viennoiseries served at Sunday Brunch, Bar Margot, Park 75, personalized welcome amenities for Hotel guests, In-Room Dining and banquet events. We worked directly with Chef Charles to design our Wedding Cake and Grooms Cake.Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta welcomes Daniella Lea Rada as its new Executive Pastry Chef. As well as the cake and late night snacks! Not the case at the Four Seasons! I have never seen a plated dinner served so expertly. The service was unparalleled! We had 250 guests at our wedding - which is a lot of people and food to have ready to go at once! I've been to many weddings and typically I either luck out by being one of the first tables served or end up getting my plate when half the room is ready to move on to dessert. The appetizers were amazing and our entrees were prepared and plated with perfection! Portions were generous and presentation was beautiful. We had a duet appetizer and salad course and then entrees. It was the perfect "kick off" to a great party!Īs the Bride and Groom we didn't make it to the cocktail hour, instead the Four Seasons gave us a "Private Moment" room where we had a personal attendant who brought us champagne an array of the hors d'voeuvres being served upstairs and we had a chance to actually eat something and enjoy some time just the two of us on our wedding day. Guests were greeted in the lobby and directed up the elevators where they were welcomed by servers with glasses of wine or a special cocktail - Bellinis! Passed hors d'voeuvres that were intended to be served hot were hot, and cold was cold. The terrace gave our guests an exclusive view of the city - we planned our whole timeline around sunset. We used the 5th Floor Terrace for our cocktail hour and the Ballroom for our reception. The hotel itself has an old Hollywood quality with traditional architecture and decor elements, the beautiful staircase with brass railings, marble, and crystal chandeliers give it a timeless feel and the staff is so welcoming and accommodating. Having a venue where we were the main event was great because our guests could congregate in the lounges, the bar, the restaurant and there was always plenty of space - and we all felt as if it was our hotel for the weekend! So as the Bride and Groom we were really made to feel that we were guests of honor and our guests were made to feel right at home! This was critically important to us because we both have large families and many of our family lives out of state and overseas. One aspect we loved is the Four Seasons is a boutique sized hotel which meant we were the only event at the hotel the weekend of our wedding. Carole worked with us to make my dream wedding a reality from the budget to the menu, the bar, guest accommodations - she facilitated everything! I fell in love with this venue, the people who are a part of the Four Seasons and Carole. Thank you to Nora and the Four Seasons staff for an amazing wedding! Read More I could keep going on about how amazing it was, but it was well worth the money, and more. They also had personalized robes made for us that were waiting for us after the wedding.

Our bridal suite after the wedding was probably the nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in, and they even made our dogs dog treats with their names on them (our dogs were in the wedding). Our gift to the guests was a personalized bottle of honey that was harvested from the roof of the Four Seasons, that they put together for over 100 guests. The food was also outstanding, and our guests all said it was one of the best weddings they had ever been too. They also made the cake which was beautiful, and made my husband an amazing Auburn cake as the grooms cake.

She had many personable meetings with us to make our wedding perfect, and even let us come in to have a full wine tasting so we could pick which wines we wanted to have at the wedding.
